The 2019 Msgr. Steve Hawkins Memorial Golf Tournament will be held Sunday, August 25, 2019 at Pine Hill Golf Course with shotgun start at 12:30 p.m.

You may download and complete the form below. Please return it to the parish office via mail, collection basket, or drop off Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

If you don’t golf but would still like to contribute to the golf outing, there are sponsor forms available in the Welcome Center.
