Disciple Maker Index Survey
/Seton Parish is very excited to announce that we will be participating in a parish and diocesan wide survey about discipleship conducted by the Catholic Leadership Institute, a non-profit Catholic apostolate that does leadership training and development.
Who Should Complete a Survey:
Every parishioner 18 years and older. It will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. The survey will only be available from Feb 17 - March 21.
Why Complete a Survey:
The Disciple Maker Index will be invaluable to Seton Parish, the Diocese, and our various ministries as we plan for the future and strive to be the best disciples we can be. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback on our parish’s efforts to help you grow as disciples.
How we will use the results:
1. Determine opportunities to support parishioner discipleship growth
2. Create goals and action plans to achieve discipleship growth
This will help in planning future religious and faith education programs for adults, youth, and children, as well as liturgies and other parish activities and events.
We will NOT have access to individual survey responses, your responses are confidential. The DMI offers us a unique and important opportunity to learn about issues of importance to our parishioners in a confidential and professional way. We are trying to get the highest response rate possible. We will receive the results this spring/summer at which time we will share what we have learned with the entire parish.
