Welcome, Fr. Njaliath!

The weekend of 8/24 we will have our annual Mission Appeal and host a missionary, Fr. Thankachan Njaliath, O. Carm. who will be making the appeal for his Carmelite community.

One hundred percent of the funds collected go to the missionaries. This year the Carmelites are focusing the efforts of their appeal for the Philippines, secondly, Zimbabwe and finally to development programs in Trinidad,-Tobago, and Vietnam.

Wherever they go, the Carmelites create humanitarian programs to relieve the suffering of the poor, provide education, and provide housing for orphans and rejected seniors as well as providing spiritual and religious formation on five continents and forty countries.

Your generosity to next week’s appeal to the Carmelite Friars’ missionary work will be greatly appreciated.
