Religious Education

The Religious Education Department at Seton Parish offers programs for students in Kindergarten through grade 12. The program gives parishioners the opportunity to become active as teachers, teacher's aides, substitutes and seasonal office helpers.

Kindergarten through Sixth Grades

Kindergarten classes are held during the 9:30 am Sunday Mass. Grades One through Six can choose to attend classes from 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm on Monday evenings or Tuesday evenings from 6:00 pm to 7:15pm.

Junior and Senior High School

Students participate in our Seton Parish Youth program. 7th through 10th grades meet on Sundays at 5:45pm and 7:30pm. 11th and 12th grades meet on Sunday only at 7:30pm All of these programs rely on parishioners who participate in the religious education of our Youth as volunteer teachers, aides, facilitators, substitute teachers or seasonal office workers. New parishioners, whether parents or not, are encouraged to volunteer.

Beatitudes for Nurturing Church Vocations

Blessed are the children of parents who... Witness love for their spouse, their children, their neighbor, and the world. Talk freely about the presence of God in the joys and sorrows of their lives. Remind their children that they are loved by God and have been given gifts to serve others. Lead their family in prayer. Speak positively about priest, sisters, brothers, and deacons. Participate in the lay ministries and activities of their parish and community. Invite a deacon, brother, sister or priest to their home. Encourage their children to consider priesthood and religious life, as well as marriage.
